Is this the worst injury in MMA for a guy that won the fight? I'm watching old NAAFS fights on STO (Ohio fans can catch the NAAFS several times a week on the same network as the Indians) and I saw this attempt at growing a horn.
The guy in question is Rick "Have a Nice" Day, a heavyweight who won on the WV card. Dude got his face crushed. I can't think of a worse injury for a winner. Can you?

Well mst of the time MMA fighters got this kind of injuries especially when the opponent is a brawler. Just like the mayweather vs guerrero where boxing fighters get lots of this kind of injuries.
